COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Gold RS51ENC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jc-Manufacturing products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iwaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Japan-Control-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jc-Manufacturing such as the 35AAAADDBA1BA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EHE36E1PE manufactured by Iwaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Iwaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRE by Manufacturer Japan-Control-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Irt Brand 1306Rack in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Invensys such as 821GMIK1SL2 equipment made by Invensys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Invensys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Invensys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PE404T02 made by Jlem as well as the popular ODE2240503HA42 original spares produced by Invertek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 140037010 by Intercolor and 821GMIK1SL2 spares by Invensys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PSC100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Industrial-Indexing-Systems. |
